My personal approach
No one fits neatly into a box, and neither does my integrative therapy style. Instead, I draw from a variety of approaches to tailor sessions to your unique needs. Therapy with me is collaborative, scientific, and deeply compassionate. I provide a safe, judgment-free space to support you in exploring topics such as sexuality, societal pressures, or navigating ENM and poly relationships.

LGBTQ+ Affirmative Approach
My practice aims to create a safe space for LGBTQ+/queer individuals, making sure you feel seen, accepted and understood. Note that I do not provide specialized care.
